During our last conference, we agreed on a 9-paragraph team contract.
This issue follows up on Paragraph [#], which states:

“As a Team we work towards a common understanding of quality standards spanning code, UI/UX, testing, software and follow them.”

Objective

Clarify what “making this paragraph a reality” means in practice.

The goal of this issue is to:

Encourage a common understanding of what purpose quality in terms of:

• code
• ui/ux
• software
• testing
  a) serve and
  b) what makes good quality

through discussions and knowledge exchange

Secondary Outcome:

Define quality standards that every team member commits to

Scope of Work

Concrete tasks expected:

• create and moderate chat threads to get a first idea of everyone's perspective on the issue
• knowledge transfers about the importance of quality standards for the individual, the team and the company
• research possible quality standards
• present standards to team and vote on it
