We would like to run multiple genes with different start end options in parallel on the docker server. However, running multiple pipeline.sh with different parameters using ampersand results in only the last run command being successfully run.
Is running pipeline.sh on parallel simply impossible in docker? Also, if this is just a docker problem, can we install all necessary programs and files on our linux server to run them outside of the docker environment?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
