Hello,

I’m running the Slingshot method using dynverse and encountered the following error:

unable to find an inherited method for function 'reducedDim' for signature 'x = "PseudotimeOrdering", type = "missing"'

I searched online and found that this issue may be related to the data type (see: kstreet13/slingshot#249), but I’m not sure how to resolve it within dynverse.

Could you please assist me in troubleshooting and solving this issue? Thank you
