use GCC/12.2.0 toolchain for GSL 2.7, remove easyconfig for GSL 2.7 with GCCcore/12.2.0

#17105 added GSL-2.7-GCC-12.2.0.eb and #17483 added GSL-2.7-GCCcore-12.2.0.eb. We may want an intel-compilers GSL so remove the GCCcore version.
