Easyconfig for AbNumber antibody numbering toolkit with Python 3.13.1 and gfbf-2025a toolchain.

This build required debugging iterations with AI assistance:

• Added Rust 1.91.1 builddependency for uv_build source compilation (uv_build 0.7.22 requires rustc >= 1.86)
• Fixed PyPI source URL mismatch for uv_build (underscore in filename: uv_build-0.7.22.tar.gz not uv-build)
• Added maturin 1.8.3 pre-built wheel as build backend for uv_build compilation
• Removed uv-build binary in postinstallcmds (Rust-compiled, build-time tool only, otherwise no RPATH error)
