GH-5860 Revert standard optimizer filter pre-pass

Summary

• Add the minimized MemoryStore BIND regression test from [Regression in 6.0 M2] Evaluation of specific query with BIND fails in RDF4J MemoryStore #5860 / PR GH-5860: unit test for memory store SPARQL regression with BIND + fix #5861.
• Revert the standard optimizer pipeline back to the pre-RDF4J-STF-M1: Query Optimization #5720 filter ordering.
• Preserve the initial failing Surefire output in initial-evidence.txt.

Validation

• RED: MemorySparqlBindTest#testBind failed with the expected wrong node3 values; saved in initial-evidence.txt.
• GREEN: python3 .codex/skills/mvnf/scripts/mvnf.py MemorySparqlBindTest#testBind --retain-logs --stream passed offline.
• Format/header: checkCopyrightPresent.sh and mvn -o -Dmaven.repo.local=.m2_repo -q -T 2C process-resources.

Note

This is a broad pipeline rollback for verification. PR #5861 contains the more surgical QueryJoinOptimizer-side fix.
