Make necessary changes to the QG checklist

This issue addresses the recent changes done under TRG8.0 Security and can be checked for its correctness under qg-checklist.md

Based on the movement done from TRG2.06 Dependabot to TRG8.05 Dependabot, the dedicated template does not meet the actual listing. In addition to this, TRG8.03 secret scanning using GitGuardian tool has been replaced by TruffleHog and equivalent changes also shall be made.

Below are the necessary changes that must be made:

1. Remove TRG 2.06 Dependabot from TRG2.0 Git and move it under TRG8.0 Security as TRG 8.05
2. TRG8.03 should only consist of TruffleHog. Gitguardian shall be removed
   TRG 8.03 No secret findings by TruffleHog
