Add oauth2 authentication to apis using Keycloak. + api_key

Description

Using the Tractus-X implement the authentication via KEYCLOAK for the apis of the industry core hub

It is also required to add the configuration in the helm charts

And deploy the Keycloak with the ichub, if not a external Keycloak is used.

Also is needed to add the option if available to use API Keys in every api, in case the authorization token is not included, otherwise a 401 error will be given to every api.

For frontend is also needed.

missing to do, configure in helm chart deployment a keycloak, and also create seeding configuration for clientid (Appid)
