WHAT
Implements the Certificate Detail page following the CCM KIT mockup design. Users can now navigate from the certificate list to view complete certificate information, manage document downloads, share/send certificates to partners, and view the full sharing history. (Share/Send dialogs are not shown okay. TBD)
