• update for tx-edc version 0.8.0
• also includes fix for docker compose 'hyphen-issue'

Thanks a lot! In the trufflehog workflow (exclude local folder) there was a small typo causing the error. Fixed it and increased the edc version in the README.md :)

Also thanks for migrating to the v3 interfaces of the management api.
