Steps to reproduce
In chats:
- Open a chat with a verified (cross-signed) user
- Observe the green icon to the left of the text box
In verification dialog:
- Verify a new device or another user
- Observe the green shield icon after completing verification

What did you expect?
The icon should have a transparent background around it. Its interior checkmark should be white in light mode.
What happened instead?
In dark mode, the icon has a white background around it. Its interior checkmark is dark grey in both light and dark mode.
