Unable to decrypt message from new session

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Element Desktop (or Android) with verified session with recovery key and all encryption setup
2. Start a new chat encrypted
3. Login on Element Web from the browser and verify session from the Element desktop (or Android)
4. Open the same chat
5. History is loaded normally
6. but boom 💥 problem occur
7. messages cannot be decrypted.

Outcome

What did you expect?

History and messages load normally.

What happened instead?

The history is loaded but messages cannot be decrypted.
If I import keys, I have now the messages decrypted but encryption should be backed up on the server...
