Assistance required regarding controlling knx ip gateway through TCP/UDP

Hi ,I am trying to control Knx ip gateway over TCP/UDP ,is it possible to do it ,if yes how can i send a switch on/off command in tcp /Udp to knx ip gateway.Thank You
