With this PR, the Feeder Drt module now takes into account the presence of DRT service areas. The
ClosestAccessEgressStopSelectoronly considers the access and egress stops inside the service area. Moreover theFeederDrtRoutingModulewill not use DRT for access (resp. egress) if the from facility (resp. to facility) is located outside the service area.
