Added the ability to allow for multiple skyline nodes to use the skyline
graphite namespace sharded by hostname like carbon.relays.

If this setting is left as undefined, as it is defaulted to now, this is backwards compatible and non-breaking change to the current one to one namespacing.

After all you may want more than one skyline maybe doing different things.
