Missed init for ErrStop and ErrInvalidBase in protein-translation

Hi guys,

faced some difficulties during my practice, want to share it with you.

Both errors were initiated in .meta/example.go, but are not visible from protein_translation_test.go. What requires you to put their initialization into code (I mean in the web editor mode).

I think it's better to either move them to the right file and give student some description about them or remove these checks, because actually there isn't specific information about those errors in case description and you are not able to achieve this test without diving deeper into github code.
