Send metrics to cloudwatch

It would be great to be able to have a plugin that sends metrics to AWS cloudwatch per endpoint

The AWS Go client lib is a behemoth ...

It seems that instead of a direct cloudwatch integration, a user could configure fabio to send to local statsd that is configured to use the cloudwatch backend
