Make read and write timeout configurable

The read and write timeout of the listeners should be configurable. Especially the read timeout should be configurable to prevent HTTP slow attacks.

I'm going to add proxy.readtimeout and proxy.writetimeout to the configuration until the listener config is refactored. This will be a branch release based on 1.0.8.
