urlprefix-:3306 proto=tcp not work

I have a backend backend_ip:3306
tcp client connect it can send and receive

and i register a service urlprefix-:3306 proto=tcp host=backend_ip port=3306

but connect gateway_ip:3306 can not connect can not send and receive

how to make it work?
