AI team files (.squad/) should only exist on dev/feature branches, not on main. Removing all 95 files. The new block-squad-on-main workflow will prevent these from returning via any future PR. Co-authored-by: Copilot <[email protected]>

Merge the workflow PR first (
fix/block-squad-on-main), then this one. That way the guard is in place before the cleanup lands, and future PRs can't reintroduce these files.
