Microbial vs other reads (bacterial, viral, etc)?

Hello,
In my sample, Pavian shows I have microbial reads, bacterial reads, viral reads, fungal reads, and protozoan reads. Do the microbial reads include all these other reads as well as any microbial reads that are unclassified? I ask because when I add the bacterial reads, viral reads, fungal reads, and protozoan reads together, it does not equal the microbial reads %. So just wondering if the microbial reads includes all these plus unclassified microbial reads?
