Hi, thank you for writing pavian, such a cool tool. I have been unable to add a metadata file associated with report files from kraken2; I would like to use it to have treatment groups in the sample comparison option. I have tried pavian from R studio 2025.05.0 and also from the website link. Here is a screenshot of the error message for the metadata file; the samples load ok, and I can see the name.
This is the format of my .csv file, the names seem to match. I saved the .csv file using the write.csv() function in R.
I do not see an extra button or option to upload the metadata file in a separate location. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
