Null access exception connecting to redshift: DynamicLinqPadPostgreSqlDriver.PostgreSqlTablesProvider.EmitCodeAndGetExplorerItemTree()

Using the latest driver connecting to Redshift, I get a null access exception. Debugging I find the
crash is in PostgreSqlTablesProvider.EmitCodeAndGetExplorerItemTree
