[GF profile] New METADATA check: Are URLs the same?

https://github.com/google/fonts/blob/09d85280dea3cb5848671a22c004d2af17f9a589/ofl/delicioushandrawn/METADATA.pb#L13 has the incorrect URL, and the correct URL is below on line 19; a simple METADATA check would be to compare URLs found in the METADATA file and check they are the same, and WARN if not.
