unix/opengl.fs:24:9 refers to unix/gl.fs, a nonexistant file

trying to package the newest version for nixpkgs, and i'm running into a lot of build failures, i think this might be the root cause.

Dunno if this will help, but I have had this problem when using MacPorts on Apple Intel and on Apple Silicon. The system builds when:

1. dependencies are met. This is my list so far (you may need to ensure development versions are used - see install-deps.sh):

	gcc14
	autoconf autoconf-archive premake5
	libffi libtool
	bison
	pure
	boost
	vulkan-volk xorg mesa freetype wayland stb
	gstreamer1 gstreamr1-gst-plugins-base
	harfbuzz
	libpng
	webp
	texlive-latex texinfo texi2html yodl
	emacs-app emacs

2. after carrying out the following manual edits:

file: configure
    * alter OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET from 10.00 to 15
    * alter -lGLX to -lGL
files: *.i
    * x.i
        * add ‘;’ to end of prep sed script (see https://github.com/forthy42/gforth/issues/57#issue-3541589667)
    * glx.i
        * alter GLX to GL
        * add ‘;’ to end of prep sed script

3. ensuring dependencies can be found (MacPorts puts include and lib files in /opt/local/include and /opt/local/lib).
4. ensuring library dependencies are correct. There is no separate GLX library (MacPorts includes all the GLX functionality in GL.)
5. running the following commands (rather than install-deps.sh):

export PATH="$PATH:$PWD/local/bin”
export CFLAGS="-I/opt/local/include"
export LDFLAGS="-L/opt/local/lib"
./configure --prefix=/installation/path
make -j 1

As a final step, I run: gforth minos2/gl-sample.fs to test the graphics elements:

On Apple silicon, I get a permission denied error in the word buffer-init (line 37 of gl-sample.fs) which can be traced to the word ior in alloc+guard in unix/mmap.fs . (I haven't yet investigated this further, but I suspect PROT_NONE mprotect has something to do with it!)
