Workflow graph jitters on normal-sized workflows

Run https://iwc.galaxyproject.org/workflow/rnaseq-pe-main/ with the example data button against test and see this:

@ahmedhamidawan can you take a look at this ? The video doesn't fully capture how wild this can look. You'll have to stay on the invocation graph to start seeing it, I guess this happens when jobs start running at different points in time.

Yes, the animation might be the culprit here.

I am unable to reproduce the same jittering but then again, maybe I am being unable to get jobs to run at various times...

Looking at the code, especially:

There might be a problem with how this is being computed here or used in a child component. Investigating...

Hmm, finding that these animations for large workflows can make the whole graph view glitch.

I think it might be safe to drop the animations for 25.1 and work more on them in dev?
