PGP Encrypt operation is not working

Describe the bug
PGP encrypt (and decrypt) is not working anymore on chrome

Expected behaviour
The message should be encrypted with the PGP key

THe PGP key was generated through Cyberchef Generate PGP Key Pair module.

I can't see that this ever worked for this key (back to v9.35.0 in March 2022, which is where the build chain became incompatible with my development machine setup).

Digging in further it appears that it doesn't work with any ECC key type generated within CyberChef, but does appear to work OK with RSA keys.

The actual failure is deep in the kbpgp library but I haven't yet determined whether this is a bug in the library itself, or in the way that CyberChef calls it.

... and armed with that information, I now realise this is a duplicate of #1440 which describes this diagnosis exactly.
