🐛 [BUG] - Legacy OSSRH Maven Central config prevents publishing

Description

This repo is still using the legacy OSSRH config, preventing publishing to Maven Central.

I just switched Croissant from this repo to the newer "common parent" at https://github.com/gdcc/maven-parent

Here are some options to consider:

• Kill this repo/artifact and switch all exporters using it to the common parent (like I just did for Croissant). Remove it from docs, etc.
• Fix up this repo and have it use the common parent. Switch Croissant back to it.
