Make ROR look-up retrieve organization name in the language the Dataverse UI is using at the time

As a depositor or curator, I'd like ROR look-up to retrieve the name of organizations in the language the Dataverse UI is using at the time. If the Dataverse UI language cannot be determined, ROR look-up should retrieve the ror_display value. For background information, see this discussion thread.

A fix should also close IQSS/dataverse#12073 (if it isn't closed manually). That issue points out that you may also get lesser-known translations. The work-around suggested in email to default to the ror_display value is in:

There are labels in multiple languages for some entries, and we display the first one found. I think a work around would be to delete the || n.types.includes("label") from those lines – ROR’s documentation says there will always be one entry with type ror_display (“UiT The Arctic University of Norway” in this case), so just looking for that would still be guaranteed to find a value. The better solution would be to update the script to look for the name in the language the Dataverse UI is using at the time (defaulting to the ror_display value if there is no match for the language).
