This PR adds a script that will query authors' ORCID profiles and let users select from their publications when filling in a field (i.e. the Related Publications field).
The examples/relatedPublicationsFromORCID.md provides screenshots and more details.
The script still allows manual entry of related publications.
It tries to format existing citations with PIDs more uniformly (the CSL style can be set in the script - chicago-author-date is the default)
AI translations to French and Spanish are included.
