Dieser PR reduziert die Komplexität der Umsetzung der Ländercode-Lösung: Das "Doppel-Slicing" und die Invariante werden ersetzt durch ein Pattern Slicing und ein kombiniertes ValueSet. Das macht das Gesamtkonstrukt deutlich leichter lesbar. Inhaltlich ändert sich hierdurch nichts.
