🐞 Bug: Swarm Service Update Does Nothing

Bug Description

When you go to a swarm service, click edit and make some changes this just sits on the same page and does nothing

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to swarm services
2. open a service
3. click edit
4. make some changes, click save

Expected Behavior

To save the changes made and the screen to disappear or display that it has been saved

Actual Behavior

Sits at the same screen and looks like it's doing nothing.
