🐞 Bug: "Auto Update" containers feature is downloading images from excluded containers

Bug Description

I configured the "Auto Update" feature and excluded containers, but after enabling it, Arcane is also downloading images from excluded containers.

Steps To Reproduce

1. enable Auto Update
2. exclude containers
3. review images after run

Expected Behavior

Auto Update should ONLY download images from permitted containers to auto update so save storage.

Actual Behavior

Auto Update is also downloading images from excluded containers.
