Display community highlights better

Currently, we have a single year.md file to list all our community highlights.

It would be cool to have a simple way to pull all the information on the markdown file to display them better. Ideally:

1. You could sort through dates from a dropdown menu
2. You could sort through tag / category

I don't know what this looks like yet, but thought it might be a good idea to start a discussion here and make it completely community-led. 😄
