With Java 11 being the new runtime requirement and the 1.3.x and 1.4.x series of logback being end of life, this brings the logging implementation the the active 1.5.x series - see https://logback.qos.ch/news.html

Tested on Java 17 using default options as well as --debug and --log-level TRACE. In all cases, logging continues to behave as usual.

I was also able to run conversions successfully with the --log-level option respected.
