Disables most of the LDSigning, disables fetching individual OStatus items,
requires authentication over ActivityPub.

The costs of doing that are probably prohibitive, but doing something like that is the only way to address mastodon#10221

To my knowledge, no AP software signs fetches yet, so this would simply break boosting, thread fetching and similar stuff. This could start being useful if mastodon#10457 gets merged, though

Closing, as it is superseded by upstream's AUTHORIZED_FETCH mode which will be part of next merge from upstream.
