Make proper PyPI package

You are using uv, yet this package is not uv- or pip-installable now. When can we expect a proper PyPI package for new TimesFM versions? It's actually less convenient to use than it used to, and I prefer to use older versions with the current state.

also I'm not sure if related but the python requirement is <3.12, why not allow more recent versions?

Hello, is there a reason why there is no new PyPI package or even version tags on github? I am wondering how much 2.0 can be considered as stable - we are left with what is on the main branch and there seems to be no versioning. I think the most usual way would be to install with PyPI, but if you consider other ways, please let us know.
