Add more data science demos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Similar to #2048 and #2034, but larger in scope. The goal is to make it really easy for potential data science users to see examples gradio demos that are relevant to the work they do.

Describe the solution you'd like

Let's focus on:

• Interesting visualizations and datasets (Chicago crime data map, tweets around the word)
• Let users slice and dice the dataset in the demo and see the visualizations change.
• Forecasting is an important workflow for data scientists
• Consider bias:
  • Showing results in different subsets of the data (male vs female, etc)
• Connecting to data on an interesting feed, like snowflake

To make it easier to find these demos, we can add to the gallery/playground page once it's ready #1860

We might also consider a data science track to the guides?

We've added some demos to the landing page and created a separate guides track for data science. We will add more guides as we build more ds features. Will close this
