Fixing links in plotly map guide + demo

Description

Moved plotly map demo + dataset to gradio org, so this is to fix links int he guide and demo.

Please include:

• relevant motivation
• a summary of the change
• which issue is fixed.
• any additional dependencies that are required for this change.
