Create docs for 3.13.0 + fix requirements.txt

Description

I accidentally did not add altair to requirements.txt 🙈 Which is why the docs for 3.13.0 did not build.

Fixing this + some typos in the airbnb map guide.

Let's do a release after this is merged!
