truncation of merge tags

if a merge tag contains too much text, mailchimp just truncates it. this poses issues with the notes field as some tags get lost...

Idea for a possible fix: introduce a large text field Tags CH in webling, only visible for the CH roles, move all tags into this field and sync them to mailchimp as real tags (not merge tags).
