Feature: Track several analyses

As of by now, it can only track on analysis at a time.

In the meantime, there is a workaround:

1. Launch bcbio_monitor to track the first analysis
2. Change the port in the configuration file (SERVER_NAME property), and then launch another bcbio_monitor instance tracking the second analysis.

It will open 2 browser windows tracking different analyses each.

Hi @matthdsm , unfortunately I'm not able to work on this project anymore. But contributions are more than welcome and bcbio-monitor is MIT licensed :)
