Adding Description to dropdown of Schemas

Problem description

We have schemas, where we will have dropdown with different options. Currently, we are only showing as Option1, Option2,..... This type of dropdown options are not descriptive, which will then require users to go to the excel sheet of schema and get more info of these options to select it.

Requirements

1. Updating UI for the schema dropdown to display Option descriptions.
2. Allowing user to add description to the options while creating schema.

Definition of done

1. UI functionality and ability to add description to the options in the dropdown.
2. Testing functionality
3. Documentation updation

Acceptance criteria

1. UI and functionality to be working without errors.
2. Documentation completed and approved.
