Currently, we have implemented ticket #3336 for statistics report , which is enabled for default users access but not for SR.
Requirements
We need to make the access permissions more instructive like automating a notification to ask for permission or at least flag an email to send to get the permissions to access statistics report.
Definition of done
Make sure we send an automated notification to ask for permissions to access statistics report section.

What are the criteria by which we determine if the issue has been resolved?
