Problem description

This methodology applies to project activities introducing new electric and/or hybrid vehicles that displace the use of fossil fuel vehicles in passenger and freight transportation.

Requirements

1. Creating Schema Design and verifying it.
2. Development of the methodology including all the Tools and Modules required.
3. Testing using the real use case scenario
4. Documenting workflow and real use case.

Definition of done

Successful design, development and publishing on Guardian Github repo.
