Problem
The Guardian team currently does not have a dedicated environment for our platform and we’d like to kick off a process to get this set up.

- Ticket Filed with Hashgraph IT
- the following delivered
Details
1. Available at a stable IP / url (e.g. dev.guardian.....com or similar)
2. Auto deploy against a designated branch (develop) of our repo when CI/CD passes
3. Seeded with realistic test data so demos and QA don’t start from scratch each time
4. Logging / monitoring hooks (e.g. Slack, )
