When logged in, I can choose to toggle on/off new UI features that are currently in progress, so that I can see what is being developed and I can also provide feedback from within the app. This will allow progress and polish of features to proceed without breaking existing workflows or impacting docs.
Acceptance Criteria
- user can toggle 'next generation' interface from within their profile
- when new ui is enabled a banner is visible
- banner includes return to old interface
- banner includes send feedback about the ui with using a mailto link banner when new ui is enabled
