Description
This PR makes some small changes to the state store implementation from #563, mostly naming (example:
Id->ID) and one signature change for theWriteStateBytesStream(iter.Seq->iter.Seq2).The rest of the changes are adding unit tests, refactoring, or documentation 👍🏻
