Add full attribute support for Lex Intent data source

Description

The Lex Intent data source introduced in #8917 does not include statement, utterance, etc attributes. Add them.

Lex Intent structures are complex and nested. Data source attributes should not share implementation with resource attributes, since the attribute settings will not be the same. This will lead to a lot of unavoidable duplication. Bonus points may be awarded for generating these structures for the resource and data source :)
