Again done with my hacky scraper script:

so this update represents the list downloadable on the website as of moment of writing. If needed you could ping me if the config needs updating (or run the script locally anyone with a Windscribe account should be able to).

I am not sure if any translations shell scripts are still needed to run. At this moment this PR represents all the available config downloadable from the website, not modification.

Let me know if that is still needed (couldn't find any contributors docs).
